The Joseph Ray B. Yang (JRBY) Cancer Institute, established on January 19, 2012, at Premiere Medical Center (PMC), honors the memory of Joseph Ray B. Yang, who bravely fought Osteosarcoma. Inspired by his strength, his parents, Doctors Reynaldo and Sylvia Yang, created this state-of-the-art facility to serve cancer patients in Nueva Ecija and beyond. The institute offers radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and more, providing personalized, patient-centered care. With a compassionate team, the Medical Oncology Unit delivers advanced treatments, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and blood transfusions, ensuring every patient's unique needs are met in a supportive environment.
