The Premiere Medical Center Pulmonary Laboratory was established in 1997, with Dr. Sylvia Yang as its head. The department is then managed by the Section of Pulmonary Medicine of the Department of Internal Medicine. It provides care to patients with lung diseases and respiratory problems with compassion and utmost professionalism. 

The laboratory offers diagnostic and therapeutic services including pulmonary function tests, arterial blood gas analysis, pulse oximetry, nebulization therapy, sputum induction, chest physiotherapy, oxygen therapy, mechanical and non-invasive ventilation, bronchoscopy and the first and only hospital that offers sleep study in Nueva Ecija. 

The section is composed of in-house staff who are highly qualified respiratory therapists.
